I joined because I needed some guidance, i regret not doing it earlier. The mentors really helped me stay on track, explained my doubts in a simple way, and were there whenever I needed a reply. It’s not perfect in every single way, but overall it helped me a lot more than I expected.

I’ve used utkarsh.com a few times to pay for courses, it’s been smooth so far. The payment page loads fast, UPI goes through without creating unnecessary drama, and the order shows up in my account almost right away. One time my bank was being painfully slow, as usual, but even then the status updated in a few minutes. No failed transaction nonsense or wasted time till now. If only every site handled payments like this instead of making customers suffer. 5 stars from me.

I can usually log in to Utkarsh without any issue, but there have been times when it takes way too long or suddenly shows an error. Overall, access is okay, but I’d warn others not to depend on it when you need to get in quickly or do something urgent

I used utkarsh.com mostly for my exam preparation, my experience was okay overall. Some of the faculty members explain the topics really well, and those classes actually feel useful, but a few teachers, go a bit too fast, and don’t really clear doubts properly. The Hindi explanations are easy to understand, which helped me a lot, but sometimes, the long lectures start to feel boring. Overall, I would say the teaching quality is average to good, depending on the teacher. Not bad, but yes, there is still room for improvement.

I had a login and payment issue on utkarsh.com, and it turned into a annoying experience. I raised it with support and even sent screenshots, transaction details, and everything they asked for while I was sitting with my laptop and a cup of tea getting cold next to me. But they kept asking for the same information again and again, like they hadn’t checked the previous messages at all. There was no clear update or proper explanation about what was happening. In the end, the problem still wasn’t fixed properly, and I wasted a lot of time following up. Really frustrating overall.

But some topics felt a bit rushed, and a few chapters didn’t go as deep as I expected. Maybe they’re trying to fit too much into limited time, I’m not sure.
